How renting works
- Request: message us on Telegram or leave a request on the site — district, budget, number of rooms and dates.
- Selection: within 1–2 hours we send suitable options with photos and videos.
- Viewing: we meet you at the apartment. If you are not in Tashkent yet, a video viewing and advance booking are sometimes possible — it depends on the owner.
- Lease: we sign the lease with the owner.
- Move-in: we help you move in and get registered.
Terms and payment
- Prices on the site are in US dollars per month.
- The owner sets the terms: usually a deposit plus the first month or several months paid upfront; the minimum period is agreed individually.
- Utilities and internet are usually paid by the tenant separately.
- The agency fee is 50% of one month’s rent, paid after the lease is signed.
Temporary registration (propiska)
A foreign national living in private accommodation in Uzbekistan must be temporarily registered at their address. Under the rules reported in 2023, this has to be done within 3 days of arrival — through the E-mehmon system or the migration department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

- Mirzo Ulugbek — modern residential complexes, popular with families and expats.

- Yakkasaray — a green district by Babur Park, close to the centre.
